The first major details about KQ’s second chapter will be revealed during PAX

King’s Quest fans have been patiently waiting on a sequel for over 17 years, and last month, it finally happened. On July 28, Sierra Games and The Odd Gentleman released King’s Quest: A Knight to Remember, the first chapter in Graham’s latest adventure. Since its launch, there’s been a steady stream of praise from critics and fans. So, Sierra took a little time off from its publishing duties, to stitch a few of those quotes into a video. Check it out:

If you’ve already polished off A Knight to Remember and you’re anxiously waiting for chapter two, I have some good news. During PAX Prime, Geoff Keighley will be hosting a King’s Quest-centric panel, and several pieces of juicy info will be unveiled. Keighley will be joined by The Odd Gentlemen’s Creative Director, Matt Korba, Producer Lindsey Rostal, and actress Zelda Williams, who voices Daventry’s blacksmith, Amaya Blackstone.

The panel, which is titled “Adventure Games Revival: King’s Quest Rebirth and Reveal,” will primarily revolve around The Odd Gentlemen’s unique perspective on adventure game development. But fans will get the chance to ask a few questions, and everyone will walk away with some new information about chapter two. So, if you’ve got tickets to PAX Prime, head over to the Wyvern Theatre on Friday, August 28 at 3 p.m PST.

King’s Quest: A Knight to Remember is available for purchase on Sierra’s website and first party stores. And don’t forget to follow Sierra on Facebook and Twitter for King’s Quest news, screenshots, and hilarious puns.
