The Lead: Modern Warfare

Need to finish up the Battle Pass? This upcoming weekend Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass tier progression will be activated for all Modern Warfare players including Warzone. Enjoy the fun of leveling up and snapping up those last tiers while experiencing some fan-favorite maps in their own 24/7 playlists, some objective playlists, and play Gun Game on new arenas.  Plus, show your support for veterans with a new in-game Store bundle, the Call of Duty Endowment Fearless Pack, and an exclusive t-shirt.

In honor of National Military Appreciation Month, the Call of Duty Endowment is releasing two limited items, one for your Operator in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare including in Warzone, and another you can wear in real life. The Fearless Pack includes a total of 10 in-game digital items: an Operator skin, weapon blueprint, two calling cards, two emblems, charm, watch, spray, and camo. Purchase the Fearless Pack in-game to support the Endowment’s work of placing veterans in high quality jobs, all net proceeds from the pack go to the Endowment. Get full details on the Fearless pack here.

Available now is the #CODEFearless T-Shirt, a special edition shirt produced exclusively in collaboration with Graph. Inspired by the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare universe, this black, short sleeve tee features the Endowment’s logo and topographic elements from the iconic Warzone map. Get a kill with each weapon to succeed in Gun Game on Gunfight maps. This smaller player count battle might make finding kills easier, but it might also make you more of a target. Keep moving to and stay quick on your ADS to take down foes. Don’t get melee’d or you’ll get knocked back a weapon. 

Give Raines the attire of an honest day’s work with the ‘Lumbertactical’ bundle. Grab the ‘Bunyan’ skin alongside a Legendary LMG blueprint and a Legendary shotgun blueprint, then take a swing at your enemies with the Hatchet melee weapon. Find the ‘Lumbertactical’ in Store and go chop down your opponents. 

Target your foes on the battlefield with blueprints from the ‘Tracer Pack: Purple’ bundle. As the name suggests, both blueprints feature purple tracer fire. The Prototype: Omega focuses on accuracy in close range combat while the ‘Prototype: Alpha’ offers accuracy at range. Grab both Legendary blueprints alongside a charm, sticker, vehicle skin, emblem, and calling card in the ‘Tracer Pack: Purple’ bundle. 

Two modes, two playlists: Get nonstop action with Deathmatch Domination and  Drop Zone each in their own unique playlist. Earn points for holding objectives and take down foes in the moshpit hybrid – Deathmatch Domination. Then, jump over to Drop Zone to earn Scorestreaks by locking down the objective. 

Shoot House and Shipment are both getting their own 24/7 playlist! Pick your favorite or jump into both to get a mix of modes on these two maps. 

Double XP, Weapon XP, Double Battle Pass tier progression kicks off this Friday, May 29 at 10AM PT until June 1 at 10 AM PT. Earn double the rewards when you jump into a Multiplayer match or drop into Warzone. See if you can earn this Season's blueprint for maxing out your rank and unlock Alex ‘Indomitable’ skin at Tier 100 in the Battle Pass.

It’s another week of epic streaming events, drop into Verdansk or watch the battle continue in this action-packed city #LiveFromWarzone! First tune in to a gaming Gauntlet with NickMercs on Monday at 1PM PT on Twitch.tv. Then get a double dose on Thursday with the Warstream featuring Call of Duty League™ pros (Paris Legion and the NY Subliners) and celebrity special guests at 11:30 AM PT, followed by the Doritos Disruptor Series with TeePee at 1 PM PT.

Finish out Saturday and Sunday with the Astro Community Challenge at 12PM PT Saturday and tune into a charity stream – Fandom Warzone: Charity Pro-AM on Sunday at 1:30 PM on Twitch.

Call of Duty®: Mobile

Once Upon A Time in Rust has all of its new content active, and there’s still time to earn more FREE rewards with Seasonal Events and completing the Battle Pass to get the Outlaw (Tier 12), the Annihilator (Tier 25), and the AK117 – Bandit (Tier 50). 

Missed out on some of the new maps and modes that debuted during Once Upon A Time in Rust? They’re still live in the Featured section of the Multiplayer lobby. Even though the Capture the Gold event has ended, players can still take to the playground er’ battleground for a match of Capture the Flag. Access the Featured tab to find Capture the Flag, 1v1 Duel, Saloon, and Rust!

There are three weapons players can pick up in Seasonal Events – the Pharo, Locus, and Cordite. Expand your arsenal and earn other rewards like Battle Pass XP, the Cryo Bomb and more by completing this multi-step challenges. Get a few tips to finishing the events and claiming the goods, here on the Games Blog. 

Players can earn goods all Season long in the Battle Pass, completely free, or pick up the Premium Pass to earn even more rewards. Looking for a new Operator Skill? Progress through the tiers by playing matches and completing challenges to earn additional Battle Pass XP to pick up the Annihilator. This devasting pistol features high material penetration ammo which allows you to track nearby enemies and kill without aiming. Get a look at all the goods in the Battle Pass and Premium Pass by heading to the Battle Pass section from the Main Menu.  

Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4

Treyarch’s extended Quad Feed continues through May 28 with Double XP, Double Weapon XP, Double Merits, and Double Nebulium Plasma in Black Ops 4, and the Double XP keeps coming in this week’s Hardcore Nuketown playlist. You won’t be able to regenerate health, and it will take a lot less firepower to put down the opposition. Mix strategy with strength and earn Double XP in the Hardcore Nuketown playlist through June 2.

Call of Duty League™

Last weekend, the Seattle Surge Home Series marked the first Call of Duty League tournament after the midpoint of the 2020 season. The Chicago Huntsmen came out on top and added to their CDL Points tally. Check out the updated standings here. 

Want to see Call of Duty League teams battle it out in Warzone? Now you can with CDL Warzone Weekend events, the first-ever private-lobby matches in Warzone’s history. The exclusive competitions pit 12 four-person teams (quads) against each other on the same map in a $10,000 winner-take-all competition. If you missed the first one, catch the replay here.
