Call of Duty: WWII Heading Out on USO Tour to Service Members!

Activision and the Call of Duty Endowment are honored to be a part of this entertainment tour for service members stationed in Germany and Kuwait.

In a salute to our armed forces, the Call of Duty: WWII experience is headed directly to service members stationed in Germany and Kuwait, along with The War Machine, its newest DLC Map Pack. The itinerary calls for up close and personal gameplay sessions amidst jam-packed daily schedules across multiple bases as we thank these men and women for their service.

“We’re honored to work with the USO entertainment team through this extraordinary opportunity to spend time with active-duty service members serving overseas,” said Dan Goldenberg, executive director of the Call of Duty Endowment. “It’s a further reflection of our gratitude and respect for their service.  The Call of Duty Endowment shares a common bond with the USO to support the men and women of our Armed Forces.  We look forward to getting to know as many troops as possible and through this tour provide a moment of entertainment in their deployed battle rhythm. We can’t wait to get started!”

This unique event brings together the Call of Duty Endowment and the USO for the first time in an overseas activation, and we are very excited to join their rich history of bringing entertainment to our troops serving overseas.

“Our primary goal at the USO is to keep service members connected to family, home, and country,” said J.D. Crouch II, USO CEO and President. “This collaboration with Activision and Call of Duty provides us a unique channel to do just that with one of the most popular entertainment franchises in the world. Online games are played by service members to stay connected to family and friends – no matter where they are in the world – and we’re excited to support that interest with Call of Duty.”

Look for plenty of updates from us on the Activision social channels as we embark on this journey, and please join us as we salute and thank all of our service members around the world!
