Welcome to the weekly wrap-up for May 3, 2019, giving you the week’s most important announcements, stories, and other information in the world of Activision games.

Tuesday was a big day for Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4 fans, with the latest season of content featuring new events, updates, maps and more; the Treyarch blog post has an extensive overview of Operation Spectre Rising, as does the Activision Games Blog. There’s also a tour of the new Wetworks Blackout map after the flood, along with strategies to navigate Wetworks like a champ. Also on the Call of Duty News Blog are links to the first four of Treyarch’s Declassified series of videos, going behind the scenes in the creation of Black Ops 4 with intel straight from the devs. Look for videos on Episode 1: Nuketown, Episode 2: Ballistics, Episode 3: Sound of a Story, and Episode 4: Making the Music.

The Companion App also updated this week, expanding the Combat Record to include Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout weapon data, as well as a Loadout Editor. Read about that here.

Over at the Call of Duty: World League, excitement is at a fever pitch for this weekend’s CWL London event. There’s an extensive preview of the teams and events, an interview with on-air talent Ben “Benson” Bowe, and a feature on Thomas “Tommey” Trewren as he comes home to try and win it all.
