Rockstar Energy Drink has a custom-built, Destiny 2-themed motorcycle, Alienware PC gaming systems, and copies of the Destiny 2 Collector’s Edition reserved for the Crucible’s most talented Guardians.
Beginning on January 25, 2018, Destiny 2 players on PlayStation 4 and other platforms can participate in the Rockstar Challenge. All players have to do to enter the Challenge is sign up on the Rockstar website, link their PlayStation or other account and then step into the Crucible, Destiny 2’s player-versus-player battleground.
Destiny 2 players can earn points towards the Challenge by playing in any Crucible game mode on any playlist while the Challenge is live. Each completed match in Quickplay or Competitive playlists will earn 25 points, and defeating an opponent (kills or assists) during a match on any playlist earn players one point each.
Only Destiny 2 players in the United States, Canada, and Germany will be eligible to earn prizes. All Destiny 2 players will be able to claim bragging rights by tracking and comparing scores on the global leaderboard hosted on the Rockstar Challenge website.
The first place prize in the Rockstar Challenge, for the baddest Guardian in the Crucible, is a custom-built, Destiny 2-themed motorcycle based on the legendary Husqvarna 701 Enduro.
The top three winners of the Rockstar Challenge will earn an Alienware PC gaming system that includes an Aurora Tower, 25” gaming monitor, Pro Keyboard, and Elite Mouse.
The top ten winners of the Rockstar Challenge will receive a copy of the Destiny 2 Collector’s Edition, which includes a copy of the Destiny 2 base game, a Destiny 2-themed Frontier Bag with gear, Expansion Pass, premium digital content, and a Cabal-themed collectors box.
The Rockstar Challenge will end on March 11, 2018 at midnight, Pacific Time. Good luck, Guardians!
