That’s a Wrap on the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta!

Thanks to everyone who participated over the past two weekends to help us test the game ahead of launch.

After two weekends full of multiplayer action in the Call of Duty: infinite Warfare Beta, the team at Infinity Ward would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who participated.

"It's a wrap! Thank you to the amazing Call of Duty community for the feedback, the intense matches, and the support during our beta. Playing online with and watching our hard work of the last three years being enjoyed is a truly exciting experience. We got some excellent player insights into how to best optimize our new matchmaking system and how to balance our new weapons and equipment to create the best quality matches possible for launch,” said Joe Cecot, Lead Multiplayer Designer at Infinity Ward.

“November 4 is just next week! Our open beta gave us the learning we need to make our launch as great as possible. We can't wait to apply what we've learned and show you more of our game as we update and develop it further with your input. Again, thank you from all of us at the studio. Please, please take care of shotguns. Barring the Reaver on certian maps, they were absolutely tragic in this beta. No range, pitiful damage, slow fire rates (again, barring the Reaver). It seems like you have to be a step away from point blank to get a one-hit kill.

I am an avid call of duty player I have purchased every call a duty since the first. I am a hard-core player I tried out the Beta this week, and I must say I was a little disappointed I think they ventured off from their normal call of duty game play. It was to futuristic advanced warfare was awesome I like it so much better than the black ops  trilogy's.  but you want to keep that realistic gameplay as a combat operative while going out on a limb with things like the jet pack. I'm really disappointed I expected something like advanced warfare and got something completely different

Buff the quick scoping with sniper rifles.  Unfair to the other players. Beta was good for core mode I'm hardcore player,  snipers aim down site time needs to be increased they shouldn't be able to do it, real life sniper takes aim he doesn't quick scope.

Quick scoping/snipers need a buff especially in close quarters. Time to kill is too fast no time to react. There needs to be a buff to allow a counter in some situations. Scores Scorestreaks could be more creative. Scorhers move to fast to get kills. 


TTK & Snipers need the most work.

Let's hope the sniping is fixed :/
